Staying at Jaya Suites Hotel was an absolute pleasure. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the rooms were stylish, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully designed for a relaxing stay. The staff provided outstanding service—always friendly, professional, and eager to help. The hotel’s location was ideal, offering both convenience and tranquility. Breakfast was a highlight, with fresh and delicious options each morning. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return!

From the moment I stepped into Jaya Suites Hotel, I felt a sense of warmth and elegance. The ambiance was serene, the décor tasteful, and the service impeccable. My room was a haven of comfort—clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed for a restful stay. Each morning, I indulged in a delicious breakfast, savoring the fresh flavors that started my day on a high note. The staff’s genuine hospitality made every moment special. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel is a perfect retreat. I left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return!

For our last hotel in Cambodia, we wanted to think big and that’s the case!!The welcome is perfect, smiling, friendly, you feel that the staff takes great care of their customers.The hotel is very clean, large and luxurious. We were upgraded and we thank them for that. The room was perfect, large with a great shower bath area.The hotel has its restaurant, its rooftop swimming pool and even its gym.Although the hotel is far from the center of the city, it is easy to reach it with the PassApp or Grab applications.The staff is looking for the well-being of its customers and we thank them for finding a solution when a problem arises.A big thank you to everyone, we highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay.Large bedroom.Large bathroom with separate walk-in shower, and separate bath. Sitting room was lovely and comfortable.Nice size balcony.AC. Fridge. Kettle. MinibarLoved the pool. Good size.Great breakfast.Friendly staff - including the manager who came to meet us on arrival.Fruit drink and cold towel on arrival.Highly recommended.

Special thanks to the general manager and the incredible staff here. Had the most comfortable stay, suites were massive, they were the size of large 2 bed apartments. Beds very comfortable and hospitality and cleanliness were all above standard. Looking forward to returning in the near future, thank you.

Great experience staying at this hotel!!! The service is good. The room is spacious, clean and well-equipped. The hotel is at a great location of Phnom Penh, not on a busy road and easily accessible to cafe, restaurants, and shopping malls.
